You are welcome to use, share, and host TDS Compass for personal projects, learning, or exploration. This includes:

• Using the tool for self-discovery
• Sharing your results with others
• Running your own copy on GitHub Pages or a personal site
• Using it in school, clubs, or nonprofit groups
• Modifying it for personal experimentation

These uses are free. No attribution or approval is required (though appreciated).

✔ Free for Education, Research & Nonprofits

Educators, researchers, therapists, universities, and nonprofit organizations may use and adapt TDS Compass freely as long as it is not part of a paid product or monetized service.

⚠ Commercial Use Requires a License

If you represent a business, startup, corporation, funded organization, or government entity and want to use TDS Compass beyond personal evaluation, you will need a commercial license.

Commercial use includes:

• Integrating TDS Compass into a commercial app, website, or platform
• Embedding it in customer-facing products or AI systems
• Using it in internal enterprise tools or workflows
• Providing it as part of a paid service
• Redistributing the system in any commercial offering
